I fit this description. I'm the lead developer at a small company. I mostly chat with all the freelancers doing real work and merge their commits into the core software.
I don't make 6 figures, I average 60 hours a week, I'm a depressed 25 year old virgin, I hate my job, and I still feel like I contribute nothing of real value to the world. If I could stock shelves for the same money I'm making now I'd quit in a heartbeat.

Not really, I make $62k a year. If I made $10 an hour stocking shelves 60 hours a week ($15/hr overtime) It would come out to about $34k a year.

Nah, I don't struggle financially and save most of my income. I could live on 1/3 of what I'm making now. I'm just saying I don't like what I'm doing and was happier working restaurant and stocking jobs when I was 16-20 years old.
