how about stop making it almost financially impossible to have kids and live a modest life? this whole system seems like it's designed from the ground up to make breeding seem like its more trouble than its worth. it's just easier to import a bunch of third world cheap labor that will work for next to nothing and they don't care if they live in squalor because they are used to it.
