Yes, robotic dicks are actually the most achievable augmentation right now, arms and legs have to move perfectly, a pacemaker needs to beat your heart for you, a dick has just gotta spray jizz for you. Obviously the fancier ones can be flaccid or hard dependant on your brain and blood but the simpler augmentations are very possible, and the fancier ones could in theory enable you to feel more as well.
