If I were born in a first world country, my body would be healthy and in one piece.

Your view of them is just the diametric opposite of the retarded weebs that think Japan is this magical, wonderful place. It's a culture with very high, stressful standards, but it's hardly a goddamned gulag.
However, it is true that only America makes a big deal about people living with their fucking parents. But that's not just a Jap thing; MOST places in the world don't see it as a big deal to share a home with your parents or extended family members.
Given that America is the most consumerist and jewified country on the planet, it makes sense that a persistent culture of "get the fuck out when you're 18 so you can go eventually get a mortgage you can't afford just like me and thus be forced to accept any miserable scumsucking job that you can get just to pay the bank" exists.
