>chocolate chip protein bar
>tasty kake cupcakes (the chocolate with vanilla frosting)
>Gatorade or powerade depending on what's cheaper that week (usually orange/lemon lime flavor)

what a fucking troglodyte OP is. he probably doesn't have enough GBP to get tendies.
As a semi-nutirionist, that chart's actually pretty good. Not perfect, but for the average person that diet will make a big improvement to their health.
Few pointers
>most fish is contaminated with mercury
>eggs are more nutritious eaten raw (less protein though)
>dairy is way more nutritious consumed raw (unpasteurized, non-homogenized)
>5-a-day is a meme, the more the better generally (veg especially)
>not adding raw butter to the list (melt it on your vegetables nigga)
>cooked oils are very bad for you
>pasta/rice should be minimised

Also, add in fermented foods such as kefir and saukrenaut to feed and rebalance the intestinal flora.
Also, raw unheated honey and *raw* coconut oil should be added
And stop taking any fucking medications whatsoever.

Depends on where you live. In a number of places it's illegal. In England it's legal but somewhat hard to come by. Googling farms that sell raw milk in your country/area is your best bet.
>>27464370
Also stop the skimmed bullshit. Full-fat or bust. Skimmed is shitty and facilitates even less nutrient absorption on top of pasteurization
