How bad is binge drinking once a week?
I eat well, exercise, don't smoke or drink, but on Saturday I like have a bottle of spirit and a pack of cigarettes.
Do I need to worry?

I do that too. It's the only time I don't feel miserable and suicidal. It only lasts for about an hour though.

I got drunk 2 weeks ago and now i plan on getting drunk every weekend. Its fun
Friday: get super pissed
Saturday: so hungover than I need to keep drinking
Sunday: some light drinking
Money - Wednesday: recovering from the weekend
Thursday: Feel okay, go for a jog, the only day I can actually do this
Friday: fuck it all up again

I'm almost 24. And my hangovers are very mild. Even though sometimes I drink like 12 pints of beer or half a litre of hard liquor and some beers. Not sure why.
