Most of these rekt threads involve people being killed by animals, or people being killed under conditions that they would have no way of preventing or knowing if it could happen.
For instance, one of my favorites shows a man getting into an elevator. He begins rising upward, the door still open, the wall is rushing past. He's speeding up and eventually hits the roof.
Other ones show people killing themselves, like someone standing on train-tracks and getting pinched in between the train and the platform, while the train is still moving, spinning him around rapidly and killing him.
/r9k/ is nice in that it doesn't have all those disgusting rekt threads and gore threads that /b/ has. I like them, but sometimes its nice to take a break.

/b/ is shit because it's mostly 12-16 year olds posting porn and gore to be edgy. Eventually you graduate I guess and either go to another can /b/ or /r9k/ and then actually take anote interest in other Hobby boards.

As for the porn threads, obviously they post those because they're horny, or they saw a cute grill in a webm one time and don't remember who it is.
Either way, I'm glad they stick to /b/ and not here.
