Women are over-represented in gender that gives birth.
We need to introduce equality to the field of childbirth.
One in every two women should be denied maternity care, and we should have half of the beds in maternity wards reserved for men. Only once male birth rates increase should women be returned their rights to reproduction.
Women should check their womb-privelege.
I'm actually curious about how many men give birth every year. I'd be curious also about how pregnancy affects their dysphoria, etc.

This would actually be an interesting question.
Many of the transwomen I've met didn't freeze their sperm, because even if it was through artifical insemination they didn't want to be the child's 'father'.

I have a gay cousin who recently got engaged to his partner, who is a transman. They've recently discussed starting a family and I'll be interested in if my cousin's partner will suffer from any dysphoria.
Also, OP, I can guarantee you that if a man wants to give birth there will always be plenty of room for him on the maternity ward. And if he's a US citizen, he'll get the same subpar treatment as the rest of us. It blows my mind that in almost every other country that you get guaranteed paid time off.
