Make some kind of appt that you HAVE to be there for, like getting your car worked on, fairly early in the day, like 10. You will HAVE to get up and handle it, then you'll have the rest of the day.

Place your alarm on the opposite side of your room so you have to get up to turn it off. If you have a newer make coffee Brewer that lets you automate it, have it set to brew coffee just before your alarm goes off.
