Do you know much protein/nutrients it takes to produce millions of sperm every minute? Alot. And when all that energy isnt spend constantly refilling your balls, it actually gets spread around to other parts of the body, including your brain.

I tried nofap once. Made it a week. The first time I fapped I lasted maybe 10 seconds. And that's a recurring trend, not just a one time thing. The longer I go between my gf and I having sex, the shorter I last.
During the breaks we manage once or twice a day and I can usually last a good time. But during the semester when things get busy and we might do it once or twice a week, 5 minutes tops.
Fapping 2-3 times a day + sex at least every 3 days seems to give a healthy balance.
