Where I live there aren't really defined seasons (live near the equatorial line), but I recently picked up running and calisthenics again. Will start lifting again in a couple of weeks when I'm conditioned enough.

Sure it helps, but lifting for the sole point of attracting female attention is pointless. Its not gonna help you approach women, and women still wont approach you. Even if you look like a greek god women mostly wont approach you, the ones who do will be vapid dumb bitches because they are gonna think you are some macho douchebag. You will block yourself off from the cute nice ones because they will feel intimidated by you and think you are out of their league.

Ive been fat most of my life but im not "cant fit through the door fat."
i went from 200 to 170 and then started eating like shit again. I think im back up to 180 max but ive just stayed between 175 and 180 for a long time now.
