hes talking about presence/mindfulness. check out "the power of now" by eckhart tolle. i used to be heavy into this shit as i saw it as the only real solution to mental suffering. was much happier and more relaxed back then. i might get back into it.. it does takes a lot of discipline and habit when you're so used to living in your own head.
