Definitely fix this, and do it fast. I've only had this happen with a few guys, but I didn't sleep with any of them again after that. Girls are self conscious, so if you don't get hard then we blame ourselves. By never sleeping with that guy again, we don't have to be reminded that we aren't pretty enough. It is a huge blow to a girl's ego.
