Similar to me. It feels like I'm have been trapped in a nightmare for the past 6 months. I haven't accomplished anything. I stay inside browsing the internet all night then sleep all day. The days blend into eachother because of this weird schedule so it feels continuous.

same except I don't have a 24 hour schedule. I usually stay up for 20-30 hours and sleep for ~15 then repeat

Some questions
Are you fat?
Why and how do you spend 4 hours in the shower?
You say you have done this for 10 years? How old are you now?
Do you parents know about this? If so, do they care?
Did you finish high school/college?
When will you kill yourself, do you think?

>The days blend into eachother because of this weird schedule so it feels continuous
I know this too well. I first read about this on blogs from people who tried hardcore polyphasic sleeping schedules, but I couldn't grasp it because I never could adapt.
But recently I've been on a so far 2-3 month "ganja looping" so to speak, and I now know about this. I kinda moved my sleeping schedule because I just went to sleep when I felt tired, so on this year I've been going to bed both at 6 am and at 6 pm in matter of days or weeks. Also I slept with a light on (sometimes dim, sometimes not).
It's pretty weird because then concepts like "tomorrow" or "yesterday", or even "breakfast" fade away. It would be great to work on a specific project for any amount of time without "mental halts", but I think also part of the continuous perception of time is the lack of planning and execution, only relying on the inmediate before your eyes.
