Some things that immediately come to mind without researching it:

>spend a few days eating larger meals to expand stomach
>skip a meal or two just before the attempt
>take some digestive/appetite assisting pills or supplements
>meditate/train mentally to ignore stomach and continue eating
>actually stand up instead of sitting down (squishing stomach) for eating, which I have never done with McDs
