Have anyone used Effexor XR in here? It's been almost a month since I started using it and never had serious side effects until this morning, I woke up with a severe diarrhea and weak/aching muscles, I feel so weak and all muscles and joints in my body aches. Anyone had this happened to them while using this one?
I was on it for a month, couldn't sleep almost at all and felt on edge all the time. No diarrhea or weak/arching muscles though.

It actually cured my insomnia and I have a good 7-8 hours of sleep every night, never had a side effect other than sleepiness since now..

Ayy I'm on that. So far I've only had conscription and bloody stools. Anxiety is toned down, but I'm irritated and annoyed by people now. For some reason I've been taking over my prescribed dosage. I'm suppose to be on 150 mg, but I tend to take 600 mg or 750 mg depending on the mood I wake up in. Tbh I've lost hope and I'm just waiting it out now.

225mg reporting in, no issues. I haven't gotten any side effects from any anti-ds I've been on. You should talk to your psych about switching.

Took it for a few years. Biggest side effect I have was it became extremely hard to orgasm. Ofc I was too beta to mention this to my doc, so I stayed on it

I don't even know why I take venlafaxine, it doesn't seem to help me in any way. I can't even describe what it does for me because there is no effect
only thing I've noticed is it causes a BRUTAL withdrawal when you stop taking it, but aside from that it's worthless in my experience
Are you positive the symptoms are related to the drug? It could very possibly be a bug or something else causing your symptoms.
