If you can't do shit at all, just doing something, the minimal useful thing, is an achievement. You don't have to win the nobel prize or even finish college. Just try and get a job and maintain it, then survive. After you have done this you can then try and improve your life.

For me it was blaming people and spite that got me on the first steps out of the hole: was a NEET for 5 years after dropping out of the school, tricked a qt engineer into being my gf, then got cucked by her after half a year.
