I was 5'6-5'7 when i was 18 then around the time i turned 19 i hit a growth spurt. grew about 3 inches when i was 19, about 2 at 20, and another inch last year at 21. now am 6'1 at age 22. pretty sure im done growing but i guess there is a possibility im not.

well i started working out and as a result eating well when i was bulking and cutting however i doubt that caused the growth spurt. it may have helped reach the max potential during the growth spurt but really i think it was genetics. you may hit a growth spurt and have a max potential of 3 more inches and if you reach that depends on your nutrients, or you may not be growing at all no matter what. for me 90 percent was genes most likely as my dad is 6'0 and my mom is 5'9.5. plus my uncle on my moms side grew 3-4 inches when he was like 20-21.
