The little things work wonder, like keeping track of your daily intake of calories, eating 500 cals less than your bmr, cutting off sodas and shit food with occasional cheat meal once in a week.
Ive also been lifting and running alternatively everyday, it really speeds up the fat loss.

5'7 manlet. Down from 195 to 175 since November.
I was lifting before, I kept my lifting the same but moderately increased cardio (started running between 2-4 miles, 4x per week) and completely cut bread and pasta out of my diet.
I think bread is a huge part of a lot of fat gain.
Lost 145 pounds since October. Life is so much better, everything is so much easier. I miss eating like a fat piece of shit but it's so worth it.

Yeah bread is heavy in calories, people have a bad habit of eating a lot of bread. It's not inherently bad though, you just have to count your calories carefully.

It really came down to the fact that I had extreme medical issues that I needed to have taken care of, and it was either lose a ton of weight or die. You just have to be scared enough, and you'll do it. Have you ever considered weight loss surgery? When you're very obese, the chances of losing weight without surgery are slim to none :(

Used to be a very obese teenager, ate lots of sugary shit and drank whatever I wanted. Had no friends and sat at home all day. Greasy hair and generally a total autist.
I feel I look a bit more human now. I have tried to walk more often and do exercise at home occasionally (lifting weights and doing push ups). Diet is probably what I need to fix. I feel I eat either too little or too much.
