Kinda. The intention was to let you know that therapy's still available to you and that you are urged to continue if you're still depressed (which I assume you are, judging from what you wrote). If you don't feel like you need therapy, just ignore it.
I would advise you to take the opportunity. This therapist knows you and has dealt with you before. Tell her that the motivation schedules don't work for you and you need something to get the motivation to do the motivation schedules. Talk to her, she literally has to help you.
A psychiatrist is not a therapist. It's a living pill dispenser
