You only need another 3lb to reach normal weight. Go to /fit/, start lifting. With noob gains it will probably take about 2 months to build 3lb of muscle (and 3lb of fat at the same time).

What did you look like at 215? Am curious because I weigh that much right now, having come down all the way from 345. Also 5'11

3500 calories in excess of your daily needed intake is what it takes to gain one pound of fat.

You had a cheat day. You don't need to starve yourself. If it gives you that much anxiety, allot your calories and track your intake. You'll get an idea of how much wiggle room you have to spring for something high cal each day.

If you really feel bad about how you ate recently, just get some exercise. Walk it off, mang. The more you exercise, the more you burn, the less you have to feel bad about how much you eat.

No, not really. I've been eating 3000 calories for a couple of weeks and I'm still the same weight I was when I started. It takes time, for some more than others.

Jesus, I thought 180 was like, the end game.
But yeah I know what you mean, once you get used to eating less eating more can be scary. You lost a lot of weight so you must have learned to read labels and be calorie conscious, so you probably know your TDEE. 3500 calories in a pound in excess over that, you know the drill. You know how fast you can gain if you really stop and think about it.

This is a normal day for me now without counting calories

Serving size of plain rice krispies cereal with a bit of whole milk
Coffee
