I used to drive around and scream and cry with my windows up. I'd wait till a car passed and then scream. People would look frightened and confused

I know that feeling too well brother.
I use to be NEET and had nothing to do at all, I would sit on buses just to be around people - the highlight of my day was if a girl sat next to me.
I was on the verge of cracking up and losing my mind, luckily I managed to find a job and so my mind is occupied now, so no time for self-contemplation and best of all people actually talk to me.
I highly recommend getting a job, any job.
