The taller the better, as long as the rest of your body is in proportion and you have good posture. A 6'7 skeleton with a hunchback is ugly. But a 6'7 built guy will look like a giant and be attractive.

6' 2" is the ideal height in most countries. It's tall but not tall enough where finding fitting clothes and driving is uncomfortable. It's tall enough that you can date the vast majority of women, even when they are wearing heels. Lastly, it is taller than the average which most women find attractive.
