Who here /defeated/ and /justcan'tgetemployed/?
I just don't have the energy to apply for jobs anymore. I'm so sick of writing new cover letters and polishing my resume and sending out applications only to never even hear a fucking response; and when I do, I can't get through the interview because, surprise, you fucking cunts, there's a reason my experience is limited in the first place. It doesn't help that there's hardly any work in my area, and that I can't afford to move out anyway. Three years of this shit and nothing is working.
I wasted my time and money on the college meme and got a shit degree and a lot of debt. Yes, I did an internship. I can't get into the military due to SSRI usage until recently. I don't want advice. I've heard everything before. I just want to commiserate with the other losers who can't score a job above the bottom-tier worlds of retail and food service.
Have you tried a temp agency?
You are better off being a NEET than working in shit tier jobs.
At least then you have free time.
Become homeless if you have to, get yourself committed, these will prove to the government that you need NEETbux
I dont know that feel yet but I cant imagine having the willpower and vanity to write new cover letters praising myself while failing at everything.
BTW what role do internships play in this shitty free market economy if they dont count as experience and interviewers care more about your social skills and connections rather than education.
I wish I was born in the warsaw pact where education and internships actually actually mattered, not shitty fuckin letters, "team leadership", the color of your costume or any other gay requirement today's employers want. Also the socialist job market was fuckin stable and demand was constant.

No. They seem like pseudoscams. Do they ever even lead to full-time employment?

I know. Which is why I refuse to work at call centers and restaurants outright.
And before anyone asks, yes, I have had jobs before. I worked retail for 6 years, and worked in restaurants before that. Currently a substitute teacher, but that's hardly reliable work.

Temps get you a job and get you experience. The fact that you have not tried this amazes me. Why would they be scams?

I've heard people come out of temp positions with no better a chance at gainful, long-term employment than before.
I mean, this is probably anecdotal. Have you used one?

No but my wife has. She landed a job for a solid year.
