I'm an only child and the idea of having a sister I'm extremely close to appeals to me. I imagine it as being able to pleasure someone who you already love and know really well.
For me, I like incest because of its purity. I grew up with no mother really. My dad won full custody when I was 2 or so because she was such a raging alcoholic and possibly physically abusive when I was very young. I only saw her occasionally, but she was usually drunk. She once blew smoke in my face as I cried and told me she didn't care about me while drunk, and another time got in a car accident with me while driving drunk. It ruined my ability to have normal relationships with women. I cannot be emotionally vulnerable in anyway. But incest makes romance and attraction based relationships obsolete. When it is an incestuous situation, the love is pure, and unconditional. You cannot be abandoned. It's a literal fetish in that I can only get off by thinking about it.
I probably don't speak for most, but that's my two-cents. Incest feels much more pure and secure. I would never commit actual incest though.
