ASMR is definitely real. I got it before there was a term for it. I remember my city's electric utilities phone line had a prerecorded message that played before the automated menu, and it was a relaxing as mother fuck black man's voice. I used to call it just to listen to the recording. Also had some teachers who would numb my brain with their relaxing speech patterns.
I spend my days amassing an archive of my favorite ASMR vids, because haters and creepers inevitably harass creators so much they delete their channels so I need to save them preemptively. I have quite a collection of rare vids, e.g. ASMR made by children, am willing to trade.
