What do you NEETs do in your free time? I have nothing to do, besides working out (4 times a week) so I am struggling a lot. Need some advice.
I don't enjoy video games, movies, anime, interacting with other people.

I'm currently reading Plato's Republic. It really opened my eyes as to the value of a philosophical outlook and a life dedicated to the pursuit of wisdom. I think it's fair to say that the metaphor with the ship's captain being ignored by the crew still applies today to the persecution dealt upon the philosopher NEETs by the ignorant wagie masses.

I like to read thick philosophical texts on days i am not lifting. My goal is to build on Schopenhauer's philosophy. I write down some insights i have every day to do this, but usually throw them away the next day because i realize they were retarded. After doing this for a while i hope to get something that might be workable philosophically (as in, being water-tight from any other known arguments).
