I have this issue where my one of my eyes starts getting really irritated all of a sudden for no reason. When I rub it more tears come out and this makes it worse for some reason, triggering more tears which makes it worse. It's like my eye is being irritated by the tears. Is this some kind of allergy?

Social anxiety can unironically cause this. If you don't suffer from this shit then it's probably something else and you should ask a doctor
Try not using your fingers directly on your eyes. The natural oils in the skin may irritate them. Use a tissue to rub your eyes and see if it helps. But the underlying problem still remains, watery eyes out of nowhere. See a doctor about it.
