This happens a lot, later found out it was a Wolf spider and I feel really bad about killing it

I was thinking about opening a thread like this. Yesterday was the first time that I really feared that I'm losing my mind. I was trying to sleep and suddenly random thoughts invaded my mind and I couldn't control it. It was completely non-sense thoughts. I hope this don't ever happen again.
