i sometimes wonder if because of the pinworms my belly gets alot of bigger when i eat something (because of gases maybe) i mean hes not that big but when i eat something its like 3x bigger

stick clear tape to your anus when it's itchy. Pull the tape off. Examine closely, maybe with a handlens.
