I'll be honest I do not see the appeal for this girl. She is pretty yes but to me she is nowhere in the leagues to be a model.
My best guess is that she has a face which is the best to be able to be moulded into a model appearance with Photoshop and makeup.

Maybe you add point to one specific girl because you follow her online and like her persona? If you google "gorgeous woman face" and look at the images, despite it being different woman they all just blend in to look like a collage of images of the same girl with different hair styles. There can't be a "most gorgeous/beautiful" person because all objectively beautiful people blend into look like one person.
