Nah man, you're probably fine. I've had moments on stims where my heart was pattering really fucking fast. I don't bother to check my BPM but it's been way up there, like I'm pretty sure no one's heart should be going at that speed. But I've always been completely fine right after.
Strangely it never makes me anxious, I'm always really calm and chilled out.

I totally get that. One upper that I would recommend you try would be MDMA. As long as you stay hydrated, in my experience, you don't have a particularly fast heart rate, especially if you don't dance around and shit. You've probably tried it though, but I thought I'd say this in case you haven't
