Possible. I do post a lot. But the fact that it's the same last 4 digits, that is extremely unlikely, but it keeps happening. I cannot seem to find any "number meanings" through google, but I feel something is going on.

But I am freaked out. Strange things have been happening to me lately.
I came up with 4 riffs on guitar earlier. I have beaten Silent Hill 2 12 times in the last 3 days, a game divided up into 4 acts, I've driven 4 different cars, I got 4199 4 times, and some other things out of the ordinary have been happening. My car got a flat tire, I ate mac and cheese that has a best by date of 4 years ago, I've had 4 bottles of gatorade, things aren't right.

Either something with the power to select your post number is trying to communicate with you, or it's a coincidence. If it's the former, you don't know what the number means and can't do anything else other than await further instructions.
If it's a coincidence, you shouldn't do anything about it. Either way, the choice is clear. Do nothing.
If you want to test it, get a set of dice. Throw ten dice a hundred times. Count the number of fours. You will find patterns, but unless those patterns are predictable in advance, they have no meaning. You think 4 is coming up a lot, okay, you can write a prediction: 4 will come up a statistically improbable number of dice rolls. Then you can roll and see if it's true. Is four twice as frequent as any other number? Something is going on. Is it not? It's nothing.

You can always look up a random number generator online, go buy dice, use coins and base 2, find one from a friend or family member.
I mean, if the magic spirit of numbers is trying to get in touch with you, this is the least you can do.
Even if your post numbers are being manipulated, it's far more likely due to an implementation detail in 4chan, or Japanese moot screwing with you, or a hacker screwing with you, than it is a magic spirit whispering unintelligible secrets to you by way of meaningless digits.
