basically it's like this
almost every day, i usually have no less than one, no more than 3 drinks of diet pepsi and one of these little tiny pic related bottles mixed in. if it's not that, it will be a tall can of beer.
my dad buys the fireball ones, i'll often nab one from his stash and drink it just for the fuck of it.
once a month, i get fucking trashed. 750 bottle of rum or something.
lately it's been getting worse. it's not so much the alcohol that i like, it's the fact that i get to not be sober. i don't like what i am and being intoxicated, on anything, gets me away from thinking about that. i smoke pot like a chimney as is. when i'm sober, i am cripplingly bored and sit in my chair staring at the wall pretty much, interrupted with 4chan posts. the only things i seem to enjoy in life are being not sober, playing video games, and lifting weights. that last one is kind of ironic because the rest of the shit i do is counterproductive to it but i still like it.

Having one or two drinks a day and getting shitfaced once a month isn't really a problem, don't worry about it.

I know that feel. It's extremely hard to for me to feel fully happy or content. I'm always at least 10% stressed out. When I bought a 1500 dollar computer to play any vidya I want, I wasn't totally happy. When I bust the most satisfying nut to porn in months, I'm not very happy.
When I got drunk for the first time, I was very happy. Thankfully, I refuse to drink on a worknight, like a good wageslave.
I've been dabbling with a few drinks, but nothing tastes as good as pina coladas and other frozen drinks. Beer n liquor doesn't compare. Im thinking about buying a slurpee machine to make my own.

I was having 3 or 4 drinks every night for a couple years. Then I just stopped. I now have 2 or 3 drinks a few times a month. It just lost the magic. Part of it was the excitement of trying new gin and bourbon. I don't like other whiskey and I've tried all the sub $50 bottles and a few in the $60 range. Maybe I'm plebbit but I like Tanqueray 10, Bombay(regular, not sapphire), eagle, and blanton's. I tried to get into rum and tequila but it's just boring. Anejos are cool but I can't get into rum. I didn't really try, but bourbon was love at first taste. Acquired tastes are stupid so I'm not going to force myself to like something.
