I really thought it was bullshit until I stopped for a few days and really got pulled out of the slump ive been in.
I have way more energy, my mood is much more stable, I feel like I can think clearer and women seem to respond to me much better at work and stuff. In fact its actually gotten kind of weird, I might be over thinking it but it feels like a lot of my female co-workers have just been 'gravitating' towards me, standing around me while im working.
And the funny part is, I just ignore them. My desire for sex has gone up the roof, but my desire for female validation has disappeared completely.
Idk, it might not work for everyone but I think for those people on here who always feel sluggish, drained, and unconfident around women, and find themselves wacking off on the daily to porn, it might be worth trying to stop for a while.
