I'm not lonely. I like my own company the best.
When I go out it means I have to spend an evening with people who are different than me. But I'm hilarious, every joke I think of is great, my taste in food, movies, and games is the best. I spent so much time discussing stuff with people over the years, and my opinion is simply the best for myself. Sometimes they say "you gotta listen to this band" but I already know I won't like them and then I don't.
When people show me stuff they like I have to act like it's great because I don't wanna be mean, and getting along with people is mainly about how good you are at keeping your thoughts to yourself.
So whenever I can I hang out with myself.
