It all depends.
If your masturbation is excessive or violent then nofap is good.
If your masturbation is gentle and reasonable, then it might not be good to stop.

Nofap for the most part IS a dumb meme.
Test levels rise every day after masturbation, yes, but only for a week, afterwards they drop back off again.
So you should only "nofap" for a week at a time. So have a weekly fap or something.

well it says having high hormones levels is what increases it so having high test.
men with high test are going to naturally masturbate more.
so really the study is bullshit it's saying if you have high test your chances are a lot higher of getting it and the men who got that early like in their 20's etc probably reported that they masturbated a lot because they were high test.
