The NSDAP policy on religion was unclear. In the early 30s, Hitler stated that only Christians could be Nazis. Later, he worked to undermine the church. I don't have any primary sources at hand, but I always got the impression (from translations) that the NSDAP leadership had different opinions but only agreed that the church itself must be subservient to the race/volk and the party.
Still, it certainly was not an atheist party. The non-Christian members were generally deists or pagans, individually.
