Does anyone else have immense amounts of guilt?

I can't take the guilt anymore, I can't forgive myself for the things I've done, no matter what I do in life I'll still feel guilty and ashamed. Every day I think about it.

I don't feel like I deserve anything good. I think about how much people would hate me if they knew all the things I did and thought.

Same here. I'm pretty sure I have some sort of guilt complex because I can't even wake up without doing something that makes me feel like a shitty person.

But I know what you mean, and even though I'm not superstitious, I tend to relate all the bad things that happen to me as a sign from the universe that I don't deserve happiness.
