lat pulldown takes your arms and core out of the exercise, dumbest thing i've ever read someone to do.
you don't do 12 pullups, you keep doing sets of 8, but you get a dip belt and add weight.

deadlift doesn't do as much for mass as you think it does. other than hitting your hammies and gradually making your waist and traps thicker, the mass gains are almost invisible compared to the mass gains from hitting your back, chest, shoulders and legs properly (which you aren't doing).

on chest you need to cut out dips, that shit is pointless and hard on your joints. just do incline and decline bench with iso supplementing.

do more sets, cut out the pointless exercises.
(you don't need to shrug on deadlift day, whichever one you do first handicaps the other, not only that but deadlifts and pullups hit traps already if you do them)

Counting calories is far more important than counting protein, though you should still pay some attention to protein and carbs

Do starting strength with more upper body work, or stronglifts, or go post your routine on fit and trappy chan might make a routine for you

Never skip workouts, never ever have cheat days unless it's a holiday or a date but even then you still shouldn't go hog wild and eat a ton of garbage food, or under eat if you're trying to gain because one bad cheat day can fuck up 5 days of progress

Also I'd reccomend looking through Arnold's bodybuilding encylopedia it has alot of good advice
