Quit taking it, at least just for a week or so. I'm serious. I had a friend who was on anti depression meds for a while and just became incredibly lethargic. After he tried quitting he instantly started getting more energy and better sleep.

Amount of sleep isn't important, quality of sleep is. You're probably taking mess that fuck up your sleep cycle

Anti depressants literally crash your testosterone, the number one most important thing for a male to feel good. They are literally a meme drug that probably only work for females
