It's called the "Women are Wonderful" effect.

We have a cognitive bias that causes us to associate good traits with women and bad traits with men.

I believe this is an outgrowth of the fact that women are the more valuable sex in terms of reproduction. This then affords them an array of preferential perceptions and treatments in society, which serves to protect their eggs and uteri.

It's pretty much an evolutionarily pragmatic trick that the mind plays on us to get us to protect eggs and uteri, and to keep fucking and spawning and making genetic replications of ourselves, which is literally our only purpose as far as nature is concerned.
