How long have you been overweight and how do you deal with it?
always been pretty overweight. I only have fat in my stomach so i can hide it pretty well but its meant I've never worn just a T-shirt in literal years.
Since I was 9 or 10, my mom used to cook me anything I wanted, of course my child mind asked for french fries all the time (loved and still absolutely loving them) so I got fat, and still fat today.
I can only embrace it, not deal with it and be ok with it

Since primary school. Heavies was 128kg(290lb?), currently 105kg (230lb). So still a way to go until I hit my goal weight (80kg)

Fat since I was kid. I deal with the depression it causes by eating more.

Was skinnyfat my whole life.
I made it into the normal weight range for my height a week ago after being obese for basically my whole life and I've realize that people are truly shallow as fuck
I am still fatter than I want to be but people genuinely treat you a lot worse when you're fatter
Its really startling to experience

ive lost like 20 pounds in the last 6 months, so def making progress
randomly fasting, ephedrine everyday, and doing keto sometimes works well for me, it seems, and ive been chubby all my life so its def a positive step forward

Fucking Spring Break ruined my discipline.
I'm eating at least 1900 kcal each day instead of 1300 kcal.
It's showing, too.
I was fat from 17-24. I eventually started counting my calories and got to a healthy weight quite easily. I felt hungry for the first week then I got used to my new daily caloric intake and the weight just melted right off.
If you want to lose weight, go to myfitnesspal and count your calories.

Mommy wanted to eat healthier so I cut out a lot of junk from my diet.
I also lifted more and started running too.
I want to get down to 180 or 170 by May. Doing P90X because I'm pretty strong but want to get cut.
