Elliot, The prophet, is no imbecile. He is but in fact a genius and a gentlemen.
Were he a simpleton, a barbarian and the simpleton you believe him to be, he would have shot that sorority house, but he being the gentlemen that he is, knocked on the door and patiently waited for it to open, after not having had received a response he simply turned around and left.
That is the gentlemanly thing to do in that situation. He had respect for others, respect for those that showed him not any.
He smiled at the woman that he shot at, the one that made an appearance on talkshows. He shot with a smile on his face, so as to bring her comfort and to establish to her that it wasn't a personal vendetta but rather just a case of being at the wrong place, at the wrong time.

The reason his score was so low was because his ideals prevented him from it. It's sort of like if a robot suddenly became a chad, but in the world he lived in, no woman his age was a virgin. he wouldn't be going around fucking anything that wanted to fuck him, that'd go against his ideals. Robots don't want whores they want a loyal companion that'll love em and that they can fuck. Eliot killed those people honorably he probably told those robots he was going to kill them and they accepted and embraced it. Those two guys probably understood that to live is to suffer and to not suffer is to not live.
