You read a poem by Bukowski called "No leaders, please", which deals with this.
Then you open a habitica profile and start planning and building new habits, one habit at a time.
Slowly progress to any direction (you're just tired of being yourself, but you're not sure of who do you want to be yet) changing little by little, push it forward if it feels right (e.g., change your haircut slightly, then go for a full mohawk if you want).
And you stop giving a fuck. Nonetheless, there's only so much you can change, since deep, deep inside, your essence is unchangeable (and probably unbearable). Still it's fun to try, at least will give you distraction and wisdom.
