Also, forget the idea that you dont need to be hungry while losing weight. I tried the "healthy" method and it doesnt work. If you want to lose weight you are going to be hungry.

I actually clogged the toilet today which isn't normal

I don't vomit everyday, about half the time I make it through just eating some fruit or spinach and occasionally a chicken breast

I like the feeling of hunger because it means I'm abstaining and I am not succumbing to eating the way everyone else does, but when I feel full I feel disgusting and worthless

You should really get help.
And just try eating a little tiny bit a few times a day. You don't have to go hard on the food like fat people. even if it's just an orange in the morning, some spinach at lunch and some beans at dinner. It will be better for you that way. Eating isn't making you feel "full", eating too much at once is.

Do workouts on different days, Legs rest on back and bi day, back and bi rest on chest and tri day, chest and tri rest on leg day. 7 day's lifting works if you get good sleep and replenish muscles with enough protein.
