Hellsing ultimate is ok as well, I don't remember anything noteworthy about any other show.

Neon genesis evangelion.. because it's the only anime I've watched, but really liked. Anyone have any suggestions for animes with similar themes to that one? (Philosophy, introspection, relationships, emotions etc...) And a good soundtrack too. I loved the OST of eva.
