Some people call it reverse racism because it is racism from a source that would in their opinion be considered the target of racism.

reverse racism is racism that benefits the given race
i.e. the view that black guys have huge dicks is reverse racism
it's racist by lumping a group of people together and assuming things about them based on race, but it makes them look better
in the context of systematic racism, this does not exist, but it does exist in personal racism
the correct term is racism, racism against white people is still just racism
and even though the dominant group of a culture cannot experience systematic racism from that same culture, they can still experience personal racism
