Same here, OP. I basically followed all the guides but saw no progress after 2 weeks. I wasn't expecting to become Chad, but it would have been nice to lose a few inches off my gut. Why do normies act like you can just wake up, pick up and put down weights, and become alpha?
This copypasta made me miss /fit/ and being 22 hanging out there rather than here.
It's true though getting big did get me vocal attention from girls but never laid.
