OP here. Have considered rhinoplasty but brings back too many painful memories of kids at school yelling "get a nose job!" I almost don't want to do it just to deny them the satisfaction of knowing that I actually did what they mockingly suggested. Also I'd be very embarrassed about seeing people who'd known me pre-nosejob.

However the objectively monstrous noses are the ones that make make you actually realise a nose is bone and cartilage, usually by the skin appearing too thin. They look brittle almost. Also, bare in mind that a large nose on a man is endlessly more forgivable than a large nose on a girl, for whom it is sinful.
Also also, you can forget any kind of physical redemption whatsoever if you have a weak chin. Weak chin/big nose combo is nasty af.
